how does ur guys' nitrous get switched on?

looking for suggestions on what u've got as far as to turn the juice on, im lookin for somethin somewhat consistant...like i dont think it can be to terribly consistant if i have to run through first, then grab second and fumble for a switch.

so what do u guys do? initiate the power by swtich, then wait for a rpm switch to take over once its at WOT?

What I did was arm the system then when launching don't give it WOT until it passes 3K then floor it.

RPM switch is the best and safest way....got mines 3100-6100

Yes pretty much with this switch you dont have to worry about flooring it and spraying in low RPM's. Once you reach the set programmed RPM it will start spraying.

Yeah that's cool read up on the Sticky Bill(POC301) Made, it's in the Nitrous Section has alot of good info on there....

thanks for the reference to the sticky, i've read it before, and have forgotten some so it refreshed some stuff in my brain. but it didnt answer my question exactly, but so far the guys on this thread have...

i just have a big red button under my stereo *on my dash. hehe i am auto. so its easiler.. :p

but its pretty clsoe its in finger length from then auto shifter when i am in drive. basically i got arming one side middle big red button to push nitrous go's let off the button nitrous goes off. and then another switch for my bottle heater.

i plan to buy a rpm window switch when i get a manual car just cause it alot easiler not to worrya bout it.

btw most guys i think have a WOT switch under there gas pettle (so when theyt floor it it activates) and then rpm window switch is already waiting to be ativated when the tach signal sets itoff to fire the nitrous.

i believe it goes like master arm then rpm window switch then to WOT for the nitrous and fuel noids.

Yeah but I hooked mine up next to the throttlebody....

Here is the best method to run the switches (IMO)

1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4

1) Arming switch
2) WOT Switch
3) RPM Window Switch
4) Fuel Pressure Cutoff Switch


So you arm the system with 1. It provides power to 2. When you floor the gas going to full throttle, 2 provides power to 3. When 3 sees that the RPMs are in the right range, it provides power to 4. 4 will allow the car to spray the nitrous system, keeping an eye out to make sure your fuel pressure doesn't drop off all of a sudden.
