i've had a problem with my kit since i've got it.

its a cold fusion i bought used.

i have 2 different brand bottles and i found out where the pickup tube is in each, and its traditional oposing the sticker on the bottle...
i switched my mount from sideways so that now the bottle faces the front of the vehicle as was described as 'optimal'. and still no change in either bottle.

i have a heater, and i know i have pressure. so thats not it.

but i can use the first 5 lbs fine, then the rest wont come out, and i have to switch bottles.

any ideas?

ps, i cant go out and test right now...my saturn is in intesive care...

Unless it's something wrong with the kit check your main line...

remove the valves, remove the tubes, and mount your bottles valve down, flat bottoms up. every facking drop of compressed gas will go out the line.

hold up, are you going to a reputable filler? what i mean is, if the gas isn't cut right with the syphoning agaent, i believe its sulpher something, the gas wont pick up in the toob very well, also, i trust your bottle is mounted inline and right side up? remember, the siphon tubes are positioned to the bottom on the side, not at the middle of the tank, so bottle position and quality gas are paramount, although it very well cool be bottle components, but that would be a first to hear for me, outside of scuba diving

i wasnt using a nitrous filter. yea the bottle was mounted towards the front of the car, thats what u mean by inline i think... im using the stock brackets that came with the cold fusion kit so im using the correct angles and all...

i duno.... so u think a filter may not be allowing the nitrous to get used past 5 lbs?

Hmm, well unless you have the brackets backwards, that part should be fine. Where do you get your bottle filled at? Have you tried other places with the same result? Is you bottle ice cold when filled?

actually, if the tube goes straight down, and is centered ont he middle of the bottom of the bottle, it will never use more than about half.

draw a picture of a nitrous bottle on its side (or gently tilted...)

not bending a tube is an easy way to save money....

I pulled my tube out of my bottle before, it's completely straight. Has a curve to it...

thats right

I would take your bottle to a different place to be filled up and see if you get the same results.
