Hey guys i was wondering if it is any better to have a fogger system that goes on the intake runners instead of having a wet shot into the intake? and how much wet can i run into the intake?

yes a fogger kit that goes into the intake runners is a direct port setup where each cylinder gets a metered amount of fuel and nitrous, its the safest setup for nitrous and allows to run a larger shot.

a regular into the intake setup is good for about 75 horsepower tops on stock internals although some guys run the 100 shot. 100 is about the max though as anything larger wont get distributed evenly through our stock intake manifold, and youll get cylinders with more and less nitrous and fuel which is a very bad thing

"fogger" is just what NOS brand uses to call their wet spraying (fuel ad nitrous)nozzles, so you have a single fogger setup(one in intake), then they have the direct port fogger setup(one for each cylinder).
