hmm ok i wil switch it to that i manage to just attach the power to the acc power wire on my deck fro my main harness. but now i got the a/f hooked up and etc.. all correct i think..

hes what i see.

engine is at opperating temp.

the a/f jumps from lean to rich like mad unless i have it to the floor then its 2 bars into rich.

i used 18 gauge speaker wire to hood up the a/f sensor from the engine bay to the thingy. and i just used a ground and the power from from the deck basically for the a/f (same accessorry power i used for the o2 heater wire)

but the power wire for the o2 heater i only used 22 gauge cause i ran out of 18gauge.

now at idle i cant get a solid reading.. its still jumping pretty bad everywhere. i think. the heater isnt working.. or i messed up somewhere.

but basically i got the o2 sensor in the manifold. followed bills instructions. to wireing it up. and i spliced into it for another wire for the signal to the a/f. and both power for the a/f and o2 heater is linked with the acc off the radio.

and well grounds are on the deck main harness and the other one is just off my radiator fan top mount. (could that be a problem? since it may not me a total ground?

seems like to me its not workig but then again i never played with a o2 sensor/ a/f before so..

btw i amusing a escort sensor and autometer phantom a/f that i bought off of nikongod.

it is working just fine

the NBo2 is just a ( off-on ) switch it jumps around like that all the time

now you know why we tune with a WBo2

I would change the power wire from the acc radio wire if I were you, that tends to mess with things a bit (I had problems when I ran my stuff that way). I spliced mine into the ignition wire, works fine. But like Brandon said, its gonna bounce around no matter what, just the car trying to keep itself stoic at idle.

On the narrow band you should be seeing constant readings after heatup, at idle.

Part throttle after its welllll heated you will see more consistent readings.

A wide band is a better option, you see why we have them. The narrow band is somewhat accurate, sometimes dead on.

But you CANNOT trust the readings.

yah cause i was wondering. when i am driving its just flickers from lean to stoclk or whatever its called and at wot its 1 green into the rich, idle nothing. just jumps everywhere.. or open loop.. for a few mins.. then starts to jump everywhere.

update.

well finished my brakes and i rewired everythign to the pink/ingition wire. and everything seems ok.. my idle is staying in the stoich area. and not zooming up and down from lean to rich like it was before havent gone for a test drive yet but will check it out later tonight and if anyone cares i will update here again to let everyone know it its working.

thank you for your help guys.
