ITS FUN ASS HELL!!!


lol. got it all setup and tested and tuned. thanks to bills chart i got the 35 shot in and farteda round with that. and it pretty fun.. then i switched to the 50 shot and then checked the plugs. and etc. look good to me. but i am running a little rich but i believe that is expected.

i will be going to the track sometime this weekend out of town so gonna fill up on 91 and octaine booster and put in the 75 shot and hope i dont blow myself up.

it MOves nicely.. with the 50 shot.. but just wanna see what the 75 does.. hehe.. gonna be sick.. i presume.

gonna hook up the purge tomorrow.. stupid work. i dont have enogh time to tinker with the car lately.. hence why its taking so long...

probally gonna snag some water wetter tomorrow. to see it it will keep my heat lvls down. (i deliever pizza.. so alot of stop and go traffic)

anyone try that stuff does it work well on a 50/50 would it be worth it or?

I'm not sure what kind of car you have, but that chart I made is only valid for the 1.9l S series cars. If you have an Ion or Vue or something, those aren't accurate shot sizes.

oh its great.. lol its such a rush.. love it.. i want to get a sohc header.. now just to help breathe the exhuast gas, high flow cat and get mandrel bent piping and probally a rpm switch thing.. lol (forget the name but the one that controls when you spray at wot)

and just let that thing do the spraying for me.

gonna slap in the 75 shot over the next weekend (for the london show)

i am running the usual stuff for the nitrous setup everyone does. but i am gonna use a octain booster for when i put in the 75 shot just to be on the safer side.

91 octaine

better wires
a/f

currently running the 50 shot and the car is fine and dandy. so i am gonna run the 75 shot a couple times in london and see how the plugs are after.. and see if i am running lean or not. sofar with the nitrous with the 50 shot i am between 1 srotch/ 1 rich.. at wot regulary i run 2 into the rich of the a/f

yah i believe i am the only nitrous saturn in canada that we know of.. granted nitrous is totally not legal.. haha but meh.. its fun.

or well atleas the only nitrous sohc auto.. saturn. forsure.. lol. comeone.. who'd be dump enough/crazy enough to nitrous a sohc auto.. besides me or jeremy.. lol.

Keep in mind you will be losing power from your header/exhaust.

Running a 75hp shot on a stock manifold and exhaust is fine and dandy, but you'll be AMAZED at how much extra power you'll get when you spray with an aftermarket manifold and exhaust system.

I wuold love to get ahold of a header for my sc2 but from what I heard OBX is crap and well Hotshot they went back up on there prices so there once again I dont know which way to go. Crying or Very sad

Hotshot was $299 a couple of days ago. You have to click on "specials" or something like that and it comes up.

woot i kinda wanted your knowledge on that.. hehe ya.. i wanna get 4-2-1 header.. or somehow get my 4-1 bored out or something..... somehow rebuild it from the 4 to 1 part and make the 1 part larger.. then to the high flow cat i am getting. in theory... sooner or later. i already got a 2.25inch crush bent exhaust 20 inch resonator, super trubo muffler. i am gonna probally buy some mandrel bent pieces to get welded in to replace the crush bent corners and such..

or should i just get a 2.5inch crush bent?.. would probally be the same price.... if not the mandrel would be more.. sinc ei can get my exhaust dont for like 130 tax in... or would that 2.5 be 2 big for a sohc.. ?..

i will be hunting ebay for sohc headers.. since hotshots sold out of them already. i bugged titan about seeing if he can make 4-2-1 headers... since he does a sick job on the log style headers.. i was curious if its around the same idea... and skill needed.. hopefully.. but not holding my breathe i understand its hard to make.

but currently i am stuck with what i got.. until after winter.. and besides nitrous is coming off very soon.. like in a month or so.. winter.. eck.. really dont wanna be using that stuff in the snow and such.. so just gonna take out hte bottle. and such from the trunk. and etc.. and wait and rebuild the car for better nitrous during the winter after i paid for my insurance..


christmas list.

- rpm window switch forsure
- high flow cat (2.5 probally)
- new exhaust (2.25 mandrel or 2.5 crush ) your votes here..
- header 4-2-1 or modifiy my current one somehow..
- nitrous pressure gauge
- gauge pod for the a/f and nitrous pressure.
- maybe a halmeter a/f30 if i can find one cheap.

Don't do crush bent anything. I mean it...

For the LONGEST time I was running a crush bent 2.75" exhaust system I had bent at a muffler shop. It was a little better than stock while spraying. My reasoning was that the crush bends would make the exhaust flow about even with a mandrel bent 2.5" system. I was WRONG! I got my 3" mandrel system bent and put on, and my GOD the thing kicks much ass.

Trust me on this, you want at LEAST 2.5" mandrel bent. If you will be running 75hp+, you might want to consider 3".

nah i am 2 scared to run a 75 on a sohc auto.. stock internals.. for a regular shot. i think iwill keep witht he 50 shot.. for the day to doay stuff and then run the 75 for special ocations/ track.

and i guess i will be saving $$ to buy some mandrel bent pieces for my 2.25inch exhaust.
